Acid Staining Patio

This patio is an example of simple acid staining. The existing control joints were used to separate the colors. The patio was actually stained 5 years ago and this photo was taken recently after resealing. The manufacturers of acid stain will recommend that green not be used outdoors because it may turn black from weathering. Keeping a good coat of sealer will help prevent this.
