Although I would never wish that kind of devastation and heartache on anyone, it ended up being a blessing in disguise for our company. Why would that be? Flooding doesn't damage concrete. Well it wasn't the concrete itself that suffered damage, it was the flooring on top of the concrete that was ruined, particulary in basements.
