Colored Concrete Stamping

This is an example of colored concrete stamping. The color is integral (in the concrete mix) vs broadcasting the color on top and working it into the surface. This means any chips that might occur down the road won't be as visible as it would be with the broadcasting method because the color is consistent thoughout the thickness of the concrete. The texture is old granite and the antique effect is created by using a gray release powder. Integrally colored concrete stamping also saves time and labor because you skip the color broadcasting step. Contractors are beginning to use this method more often.
