How to Choose Concrete Acid Stain Color?

When it comes to choosing a concrete acid stain color, it's really just a matter of opinion. All acid stain manufacturers have similar color charts although some have wider selections than others. They are mainly earth tones that include shades of brown, green, and red. The important thing about choosing a color is to not try to match it to anything. You never know exactly how the color will come out until the stain is applied and then sealed. You can compliment other colors but you will never be able to match them. Just remember to wet the surface to get a good idea of the final look before applying a sealer. Sealer will significantly change the appearance of acid stains.
