Epoxy coating peeled off the Garage floor paint

I did Epoxy Garage floor paint which came out very nice on a concrete garage floor.
After 30 hours, i did Epoxy coating to make it GLOSSY Shine. But it peeled off the Garage Floor paint. I went to Lowes and told them about that. They trying to contact Epoxy Manufacturer (Valspar) regarding this issue. Waiting for their reply.
