Epoxy Floor Coating

This garage foor was painted with an epoxy floor coating and covered with a blend of black, gray, and white chips. Then a coat of concrete sealer was applied to help lock in the chips.

The epoxy is actually water based which is much more user friendly than the solvent based type. The key to getting any epoxy to last is surface preparation. If you take the time to do it right it's well worth the effort. It really changes the overall feel of a dull and dreary garage.
