Q. My cat walked across a neighbor's garage floor with new epoxy coating on it that wasn't dry. He has a clear sealant and gunk in his paws that has dried. I don't know how to get it off. Any ideas, help?!
A. If you can find a contractor supply store in your area that sells Soy gel, this will soften the epoxy and sealer so you can clean it off. Most chemical strippers will burn your cat's paws, but there are a few that are safe. some paint stores carry safe strippers so you could also call a few of them. It can take several minutes to soften the epoxy, so you might apply it and wrap it up for a while.
