Removing sealer

Q. My concrete "wet look" sealer is cloudy looking. I think the shark grip additive may have caused the problem. Is there anyway to remove the sealer without removing the paint color? the concrete paint is water based H&C. Thanks in advance for the help!

A. There is no stripper that will remove the sealer without attacking the paint as well. One method that might solve your problem is sanding the entire surface or scuffing it real good with sand paper. Then reseal it without the shark grip. This might eliminate the cloudiness depending on what caused it to begin with. Try it in a small area first and see what happens. If that doesn't work then stripping the whole thing may be your only option.
