If you want to know where to buy acid stain, the best place to start is the phone book. Find the closest distributor by looking under concrete construction. Call and find out what products they sell or look it up on their website before going there. Some of these stores won't even sell to the general public.

Contractor supply stores and online stores are about the only place to find acid stain. They are not available at home improvement or paint stores yet.

For many the easiest place to buy acid stain is from an online store. It's a good idea to find a store that will sell small samples so you can test it before making a color decision and purchase.

Also, it's a good idea to buy the sealer for the project from the same store, especially for inexperienced do-it-yourselfers. This way you know that all your products and instructions are compatible.

Don't be to particular on which brand to buy. We've found that most of them perform well and have very similar color charts. They will color your conrete. Results depend on the surface prep and application.
